Becca attended Grayson College where she obtained a certificate in Office Occupations while holding the highest in point systems of her classmates. During her tenure at school, she worked in the retail and customer service industries. Additionally, Becca worked her way up from stock clerk to various managerial positions within a single company. This experience, coupled with her schooling, amassed over 30 years of executive-level administration support in all aspects of the office environment.
Throughout the years, Becca has volunteered for many organizations, including the Crippled Children’s Center, Girls Club, PTA, Athletic booster club, FFA booster club and her most recent (and most endearing) Women Rock.
In 2011, Becca was diagnosed with Stage I breast cancer and fought courageously with her family and friends providing support. Then her employer of 20 years sold out and left her to face another life-changing event..what to do?? She took some time off and started volunteering with Women Rock and the rest is history. Becca’s compassion for others and her belief in Women Rock landed her a position as the office manager.
Women Rock is lucky as an organization to have on staff an asset as valuable as Becca.
