Meditation and 31
Bree Vandergrif has been practicing yoga off and on for 12 years. In March she officially completed teacher training and iscertified with the yoga alliance. The meditation she plans on doing will be a basic breath guided meditation with a light amount of stretching to prepare the body for the seated meditation. The meditation including the stretching will be roughly 15-20 minutes in length. She recommends a blanket or a few towels to sit on for comfort and an open heart!
