Dr. Dave Tuck
Bio: Dr. Dave Tuck has over 24 years of experience in the health and wellness field as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Personal Wellness Coach and Entrepreneur and is the owner of Texoma Wellness Center with locations in Sherman, Whitesboro and Gainesville. His clinics focus on balancing the body and mind through offering exceptional care and cutting-edge services from healing professionals.
He is a Speaker, Teacher and published Author and regularly appears on TV, radio as well as writes newspaper and magazine articles. He helps his patients learn to decipher their body’s symptoms to uncover the hidden meanings and causes of their health issues.
Dr. Tuck is dedicated to helping his clients and patients breakthrough their obstacles and limiting beliefs, reduce their stress levels and help them reach their desired goals for their health.
Monica Satterwhite, MS, NMS, CPS
Living Beyond Cancer and other catastrophic health issues
Bio: Monica received a Master of Science degree in Health Promotion/Kinesiology from the University of North Texas, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Science from Texas A&M University. After moving to Texoma, she has worked diligently building a network of providers and programs to assist those wishing to opt for non-traditional medical treatments.
Marta Cordell, CHC, CNC, CTT, CADE
Bio: Marta Cordell is a Certified Health and Nutrition Coach, Certified Thermography Technician, Certified Associate Diabetes Educator and Director of the Thermography Center of Dallas. Her mission is to give people the tools and knowledge to properly care for their bodies to avoid illness, and live the happiest, healthiest lives possible, without having to rely on drugs or surgery. She does this through private coaching with individual clients, speaking for groups and organizations, and working to promote understanding of Regulation Point Thermography as a tool for assessing how the body is functioning, and a roadmap for improving health.
Roslyn LaLonde, LPC, LMFT
Surviving Well, Not Just Surviving
Bio: Roslyn LaLonde is in her 34th year of private practice in Sherman as Grayson County Counseling Services. Prior to that, she worked for 5 years in the corporate world writing, conducting pilot studies, teaching, giving lectures at corporate seminars and small select upper-level management groups.
Earlier in her private practice, she taught, lectured, and created a new required class for the Southeastern Oklahoma State University Graduate Psychology Department. She worked as a Certified Chemical Dependency Specialist and also a Psychologic Associate for the Pain Management Associates of North Texas. Although these activities were rewarding and interesting, Roslyn’s practice simply didn’t allow time to continue those endeavors.
Roslyn is originally from North Texas and returned here after almost twenty years living in Japan, Oklahoma, Florida, Washington and California. She has 38 years of experience as a therapist, writer, lecturer, and educator. Her work is her passion.
David Pokorny, DC, FNP-C
Bio: David Pokorny DC, FNP-C is a 1987 graduate of Parker Chiropractic College, where he earned a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a 2012 graduate of Samford University earning his Master’s of Nursing and becoming a family nurse practitioner. He has been in practice for over 30 years, with a focus on non-pharmaceutical treatments for pain and illness.
Dr. Pokorny has spent many hours researching alternative and supportive therapies from around teh world that aide in the treatment of cancer. As he likes to say, “There is no silver bullet when it comes to cancer, so we use a shot gun.” He is an avid researcher, always searching for a better way of doing things.
